Offset's Coachella Performance Following Shooting US rapper Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, performed at the Coachella music festival in California almost a week after being shot outside a casino in Florida.

Offset, 34 years old, spent most of his set at the festival in a wheelchair. He stood and walked around the stage unaided during the performance. Offset was in hospital after being shot outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood on 6 April.

The Seminole Police Department detained two people in connection with the shooting incident outside Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. One of the detained people was US rapper Lil TJay, real name Tione Jayden Merritt, who was charged with disorderly conduct. Offset posted pictures and videos of his Coachella performance on Instagram with the caption 'REAL LOVE'.

Offset's mother, Latabia Woodward, referred to his performance as a 'miracle walking' in public statements. Offset is a former member of Migos and is known as the Ric Flair Drip artist.

Offset's Recovery Statements Two days before his Coachella appearance, Offset wrote on Instagram that he thanked everyone who checked in.
