Dyfed Powys Police said officers received reports of the fire at around 18:15 BST on Saturday. An 11-year-old boy suffered serious injuries and is currently in stable condition at Morriston Hospital.
The force stated that a container was allegedly set alight deliberately, causing extensive damage to the container and its contents. The 13-year-old was released on conditional bail while the investigation continues. The rugby club posted on Facebook that the 11-year-old boy was trapped inside and escaped due to the actions of club members.
