2026 MLB All-Star rosters announced with multiple notable omissions

Rosters for the 2026 MLB All-Star Game were announced Saturday night. The selections drew immediate attention to several players with strong statistical performances who were not included.

Brewers was identified as the largest omission at second base. He ranks seventh in bWAR and eighth in fWAR among National League position players. Voters selected Ozzie Albies as the starter and Luis Arraez as the reserve. Justin Wrobleski of the Los Angeles Dodgers was also omitted despite a 10-2 record and 2.80 ERA.

He is tied for second among National League pitchers in wins. Kyle Harrison of the Milwaukee Brewers recorded an 8-1 mark and 2.82 ERA after two midseason trades.
