2026 MyK Festa Opens Thursday at KINTEX and Sono Calm Goyang With K-Pop Concerts

The 2026 MyK Festa will open Thursday at the KINTEX convention center and Sono Calm Goyang in Goyang, northwest of Seoul. Yonhap reported that the four-day event runs through Sunday and serves as a platform for fans and industry professionals to engage with Korean pop culture. MyK Live, the centerpiece concert series, is scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights.
TREASURE, P1Harmony, tripleS, Riize and Evnne will perform on the first night, while Highlight, Red Velvet's Wendy, Epex and Zerobaseone take the stage on the second night. More than 100 companies and public institutions will run pop-up booths offering instant noodles, street toast, fashion items and skincare products.
Talk sessions will include filmmaker Lee Byung-hun and beauty influencer Risabae, and K-drama-themed photo zones will be available on site.
A separate business-to-business event at Sono Calm Goyang will connect roughly 200 domestic companies with 140 overseas buyers. Kim Hyun-jun, director general for international cultural policy at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said the festival aims to turn global interest in K-content into overseas expansion for Korean companies and increased inbound tourism.
