Book Launch Event Jay Beecher published a new book titled 'Naked Lies' on Thursday.

Halperin was ousted from ABC News in 2017 and runs a media company called 2Way. Kraus stated, "Mark told me most of the people he thought of wouldn’t take the risk of [showing up].

Jessica Reed Kraus called Nicholas Tartaglione on speaker phone at the launch party. Nicholas Tartaglione is Jeffrey Epstein's former cellmate. Tartaglione is a former police officer serving life sentences for a quadruple homicide.

Tartaglione pleaded with the journalists on hand to take up his case.

Funding and Statements Brian Basham paid Jay Beecher tens of thousands of dollars to help pay for the book’s research, according to The Sunday Times.

Basham is a public relations consultant who once worked for the Maxwell family. Basham has been a defender of Prince Andrew. Basham stated he was acting only as Jay Beecher’s publisher in response to questions about his funding of Beecher.
