That date coincides with Trump's 80th birthday. The post promoted the event but provided no further details. In the main event, Carlos Ulberg, with a record of 14-1-0, faced Jiri Prochazka, who holds a record of 32-5-1.

The bout followed former champion Alex Pereira vacating the light heavyweight belt to challenge for the interim heavyweight title at UFC Freedom 250, scheduled at the White House. On the main undercard, light heavyweights Azamat Murzakanov, undefeated at 16-0-0, fought Paulo Costa, with a record of 15-4-0. The winner of that matchup could qualify to face the victor of the main event.

Additional fights included fifth-ranked heavyweight Curtis Blaydes, at 19-5-0, against undefeated Josh Hokit, 8-0-0. In another light heavyweight bout, 10th-ranked Dominick Reyes, 15-5-0, faced No. 12 Johnny Walker, 22-9-0.
