Listing Details A 44-foot-wide townhouse at 345 W.

19th St. 5 million. The property spans more than 8,000 square feet of interior space and nearly 2,400 square feet of outdoor space across six stories. There are fewer than two dozen townhouses wider than 40 feet south of 34th Street in all of Manhattan, while standard Manhattan townhouses run 19 to 22 feet wide.

5 million combined. The seller spent close to $9 million on renovations, which took four-plus years, according to Monteleone. The family moved in last year, and the final rooms were finished in the back half of 2025.

Renovation History The previous owner bought both homes and abandoned the project during the pandemic after a breakup.

The latest owner commissioned architecture firm RAAD Studio to rebuild the properties. The renovations required crane operations and custom fabrications shipped by cargo ship. The facade was preserved during the rebuild, while the interior was entirely re-engineered.

Manhattan bedrock is still visible in a corner of the basement. The renovations involved permit and DOB navigations, as well as custom installations, according to Monteleone.

Key Interior Features The townhouse has a 20-foot vaulted great room with a custom sliding glass wall system that opens fully to a 44-foot-wide private garden.

The custom sliding glass wall system is 20 feet high, according to Riccio. The backyard has a balancing bar, according to Monteleone. The primary suite occupies nearly an entire floor and is close to 1,000 square feet on its own.

The primary suite centers on a glass-enclosed sunlit atrium with an outdoor shower, and the atrium is 10-by-12 feet, according to Monteleone. Materials include reclaimed Coney Island boardwalk wood refinished for the primary bath, artisanal plaster, and custom millwork. The library has a retractable guillotine window.

The self-contained guest apartment has its own entrance and adds nearly another 1,000 square feet of independent living space. The guest apartment is nearly 1,000 square feet, has one bedroom, its own outdoor space, and is entirely self-contained.

Penthouse and Outdoor Amenities The penthouse level has a 3,000-gallon heated endless pool that faces the Empire State Building and Hudson Yards skyline.

The pool is surrounded by an outdoor fireplace, a kitchen, a custom bar, and a dining terrace. The front of the property faces the back of a school, and the rear overlooks a 200-year-old stone church.
