# Ronnie O'Sullivan Plans Dublin Commute for World Snooker Championship Ronnie O'Sullivan will commute from Dublin to compete at the 2025 World Snooker Championship. The event begins on Saturday at Sheffield's Crucible Theatre and runs through to 4 May. O'Sullivan, aged 50, will travel back and forth between Ireland and the UK throughout the championship.

O'Sullivan disclosed his Dublin arrangement after winning the inaugural John Virgo Trophy. He defeated John Higgins in the final of the John Virgo Trophy on Sunday. The victory came with a 6-0 score against John Higgins at Goffs in Ireland.

O'Sullivan uses Dublin as his base for tax purposes. He spends around three months annually in Ireland. O'Sullivan has made Ireland a regular residence over the past year.
