Aaronson played 88 minutes for Leeds United against West Ham United on May 24, traveled to New York the next day for the roster reveal on May 26, then joined the team in Atlanta. He trained for two days before making the more than 800-mile trip to the Jersey shore.

Cristian Roldan said on Friday that teammates were seeking clarity on whether the event would allow phones so they could watch via livestream. Christian Pulisic later said the squad watched videos from the wedding as they arrived. Aaronson said the group congratulated him Saturday morning and that roughly half the squad has known him and D'Ambra since their youth national team days.
Aaronson did not play in the 3-2 win over Senegal on Sunday. He trained Tuesday and is expected to be available for the friendly against Germany on Saturday.
