Air Seychelles to Resume Weekly Tel Aviv-Mahé Flights Starting August 20

Air Seychelles will resume weekly direct flights between Tel Aviv and Mahé beginning August 20, the airline announced. The service will operate on Airbus A320 aircraft with economy and business class seating. Each ticket includes one meal and a 30 kg baggage allowance.

Outbound flights depart Ben-Gurion Airport on Thursdays at 4:50 a.m. and arrive in Mahé at 12:10 p.m. local time after approximately 6 hours and 20 minutes. Return flights leave Mahé on Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m.

And land at Ben-Gurion at 2:50 a.m. the following morning. @Jerusalem_Post reported that the airline described the schedule as allowing Israeli passengers a full week’s vacation. The carrier called itself one of the most loyal foreign airlines to the Israeli market and said Israel remains one of the main sources of incoming tourism to Seychelles.

The route was first launched in November 2019.
