All In FutureTech Alliance provided a strategic update on June 6, 2026, regarding its Hainan project and related infrastructure plans. The company said it is advancing the Hainan AIFA Silicon Photonics Supercomputing Center and the proposed AIFA Digital Industrial Park. The update follows previously announced agreements to acquire a controlling interest in HyalRoute Communication Group.

The Hainan project is planned for an industrial land parcel in Qingshui Bay, Lingshui, within the Hainan Free Trade Port. The site is positioned as an international submarine cable landing hub. The company stated the center would focus on silicon photonics interconnect and optical computing technologies.

Planned business lines include high-end compute leasing, distributed storage, cross-border compute orchestration, and AI token output services.

5, 2026, the company's chairman and chief executive officer met with Morgan Stanley executives and a Lingshui government delegation at Morgan Stanley's Hong Kong headquarters. The parties discussed the company's proposed role in building silicon photonics compute and storage infrastructure.

The company said the talks also addressed integration with Southeast Asian fiber connectivity resources to support the broader industrial park. The company believes integration with HyalRoute's fiber backbone networks could create a closed loop of optical compute, transmission, and storage capabilities.
