Anthony Davis Sells Los Angeles Home for $32 Million

Anthony Davis sold his Los Angeles home on July 9 for $32 million, ESPN reported. The property in the Bel Air Crest neighborhood had been listed in August for $39.9 million and sold for $7.9 million below that price. The eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom house measures 17,254 square feet.

Amenities include a state-of-the-art theater, game room, lounge, wet bar, wine cellar, gym with massage room and salon, Olympic-sized swimming pool, combined tennis and basketball court, batting cage, chef's kitchen, vegetable garden, pool cabanas, wellness center with cold plunge and sauna, elevator, solar array, smart home system, and motor court for more than 30 cars.

Davis played six seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 24.8 points, 11 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. He was a member of the 2020 championship team.

The Lakers traded him to the Dallas Mavericks in February 2025 in a deal that sent Luka Doncic to Los Angeles. Washington acquired Davis from Dallas in a February trade. In the 2025-26 season he averaged 20.4 points, 11.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists across both teams.
