It stated that the main remaining challenge is the human workload needed to verify findings, coordinate disclosures, and deploy patches.
Preview tool scanned more than 1,000 open-source projects in recent months. The scan identified an estimated 6,202 high- or critical-severity vulnerabilities. Of those findings, 1,752 were reviewed by six independent security research firms or, in limited cases, by Anthropic.
4 percent were validated as high or critical severity. Anthropic stated it is expanding Project Glasswing to additional partners.
