uk reported. Representatives of the club intend to watch Barcola in France's World Cup last-32 match against Sweden on Tuesday at 22:00 BST. The 23-year-old began his career at Lyon before joining Paris St-Germain in 2023, and his current contract expires in the summer of 2028.
England forward Morgan Rogers, also 23, remains a leading target for Arsenal, though recent reports indicate Aston Villa value him at £130 million with his contract running until 2031. Barcola is viewed as a strong alternative option by the club's recruitment staff. A protracted move for RB Leipzig forward Yan Diomande to Paris St-Germain might have implications for Barcola's future at the club.
