Atlassian reported that individual productivity rose roughly 33 percent year-over-year from 2025 to 2026. The company's 13-person behavioral science Teamwork Lab found C-suite visibility into those gains remained in the low single digits. Avani Prabhakar, chief people and AI enablement officer, said the program began in late 2024 and consolidated oversight of IT, internal data science, and customer-facing technical support.
She stated that CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes directed the effort to produce an operational playbook rather than a consulting framework.
Atlassian said its Teamwork Graph now contains more than 150 billion connections updated by 12 billion daily changes. The company opened the graph through a command-line interface that gives external coding agents direct access to work context. Rovo Studio reached general availability as a no-code environment for building agents and automations.
Agents in Jira became generally available, allowing teams to assign work items to AI agents with audit logging. DX AI Experience reached general availability for engineering leaders tracking AI code generation and ROI. Rovo Max mode entered early access for multi-step task execution, and Remix with Rovo entered beta for Confluence.
The Product Collection entered early access, combining Jira Product Discovery, a new Feedback app, and a planned Pendo integration.
