Billam-Smith and Rozicki Meet for Cruiserweight Bout in Bournemouth

Chris Billam-Smith and Ryan Rozicki meet in the main event of Zuffa Boxing 07 on June 6 at the Bournemouth International Centre in England. The bout is the promotion's first event held outside Las Vegas. Billam-Smith enters with a record of 21 wins and 2 losses, including 13 knockouts.

He previously held the WBO cruiserweight title after defeating Lawrence Okolie in 2023 and later lost a unification bout in November 2024. Rozicki brings a record of 21 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw, with 20 knockouts. His only world-title attempt ended in defeat to Oscar Rivas, and he drew with Yamil Peralta in December 2024 before securing a knockout victory in his most recent bout.

The winner is expected to be considered for a future bout against the current Zuffa Boxing cruiserweight champion. Both fighters have referenced that possibility while stating their focus remains on the immediate matchup. Billam-Smith stated that a fight with the champion is inevitable and said he believes his resume is stronger.

Rozicki said he is not looking past Billam-Smith and noted that the winner will likely be in line for the next opportunity.

The undercard includes cruiserweight, middleweight, heavyweight, light heavyweight and welterweight bouts. Prelims begin at noon ET and the main card starts at 2 p.m. ET. The event streams live on Paramount+ with subscription plans beginning at $8.99 per month.
