Bitmine Immersion Technologies Reports $11.3 Billion in Holdings

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. holds crypto, cash, marketable securities and other investments totaling $11.3 billion as of July 12, 2026. The holdings include 5,770,038 ETH valued at $1,820 per ETH, 206 BTC, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, a $69 million stake in Eightco Holdings, and $482 million in cash and marketable securities.

Bitmine owns 4.8 percent of the 120.7 million ETH in circulation. It staked 4,917,189 ETH, or 85 percent of its total ETH holdings, through its MAVAN platform launched earlier in 2026. The company acquired 27,801 ETH in the most recent week reported.

Which holds 843,775 BTC. -listed stocks. The company was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap Index on June 26. On June 10 it closed an offering of 3,500,000 shares of 9.50 percent Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at $80 per share, raising net proceeds of approximately $273.8 million.

The preferred shares trade on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP. Thomas "Tom" Lee, chairman of Bitmine, stated that Robinhood Chain L2 mainnet launched July 1 on Arbitrum and has generated more than $1 billion in dollar trading volume, exceeding any other decentralized exchange. He noted that Robinhood's 27 million users pay transaction fees in ETH.
