British Airways Fires Pilot Amid Police Probe Into Secret Recordings of Women

British Airways has dismissed a 31-year-old pilot after allegations emerged that he secretly recorded intimate encounters with as many as 16 women without their knowledge. The pilot was taken into custody in March 2026 and initially suspended pending the outcome of a police inquiry, GB News reported.

The Metropolitan Police arrested the man on Thursday, March 5, 2026, on suspicion of voyeurism following an allegation made to police two days earlier, on March 3.

The man has since been released on bail while enquiries continue. The investigation remains active, and the pilot has not been charged, according to a Scotland Yard spokesman and the Metropolitan Police. According to one woman, the pilot positioned his laptop with music playing but the screen off in front of women during sexual encounters, a method he reportedly used with 15 other women.

The pilot stored multiple videos of these encounters on his laptop and taped over the light indicating the computer’s camera was on. Some women seen in the videos were reportedly in uniforms from Virgin Atlantic. British Airways took action following the reports in March 2026, suspending the pilot initially and then dismissing him while detectives continue their investigation.

The airline has not released further comment on the matter. The allegations first came to light in March 2026, prompting police and airline responses. The Metropolitan Police continue to investigate the case as enquiries proceed.
