British Police Expand Inquiry Into Former Prince Andrew Over 2010 Windsor Report

British police said Friday they are continuing their investigation into Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and are assessing reports that a woman was taken to an address in Windsor in 2010 for sexual purposes. K. law.
The police force is also continuing its separate probe into misconduct in public office linked to the former prince’s time as a British trade envoy. Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said the misconduct investigation is complex because the offense can take different forms.
Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested in February as part of that inquiry. He has denied wrongdoing and has not been charged.
The police action follows the recent release of documents concerning Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor’s appointment as trade envoy, a post he held from 2001 to 2011. U.S. Justice Department and other British forces on a national response to the Epstein files.
Virginia Giuffre, who died by suicide in 2025, told police in 2015 that she had been trafficked to London in 2001 and forced to have sex with Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor when she was 17. He has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in relation to Ms. Giuffre.
