Bryan Johnson Shares Photo of Girlfriend's Ultrasound for Suspected Endometriosis

Biohacker Bryan Johnson posted a photo on X showing his girlfriend Kate Tolo undergoing an ultrasound for suspected endometriosis. The image captured a physician performing the exam while Johnson stood nearby. Johnson wrote that the couple chose a non-invasive route instead of surgery, which historically required abdominal incisions for diagnosis.

Johnson stated that endometriosis affects at least one in ten women and often goes undiagnosed for seven to ten years. Tolo is co-founder of Johnson's startup Blueprint, and the couple have been dating for several months. The post, which received more than 24 million views, drew comments questioning privacy and others noting the awareness value of the information shared.

Johnson wrote that the couple is examining what he described as Tolo's "Top 1% of all vaginas" based on prior vaginal-health testing results from Tiny Health.
