Buffalo Bills Decide O.J. Simpson Is Not a Fit for New Stadium Family-Circle Display

The Buffalo Bills will not honor O.J. Simpson among other team legends at the new Highmark Stadium. " The team will honor legends in the family circle area outside the stadium. That space will display team and Western New York history and feature the team's three bison statues.

Other members of the Wall of Fame will be included, with Simpson likely the only exception. Simpson's name appeared on the Wall of Fame at the old stadium since the display was created in 1980, when he became the first inductee. The Bills continued debating his inclusion in the new area as recently as spring 2026, and the design team prepared for both possibilities.
