The system supports operations across three London Market trading entities that handle third-party coverholder business, first-party binders, bulking lineslips, and open market placements.
More than 100 users across multiple regions now use the platform for over 40 lines of business, including casualty, marine, property, and specialty risks. Novidea's cloud-native platform provides insurance management workflows, international business connectivity, and real-time visibility across geographies.
Solutions selected the platform to unify broking operations under a single end-to-end system and to introduce data-rich, real-time reporting for business performance management. The deployment also aims to reduce process inefficiencies and shorten time to market for a production-ready system.
