The vehicle will be offered with four-wheel drive and is expected to reach the UK market at a price below £50,000. The car features a boxy exterior design with a bluff nose, upright stance, and side-opening rear door.
It is positioned to compete with vehicles such as the Land Rover Discovery and the Land Rover Defender.

The test vehicle also had an opening panoramic sunroof. The drive was conducted on roads around BYD’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China, using a Chinese-spec FangChengBao Ti7. UK specification details remain to be confirmed.
