Côte d'Ivoire’s government has authorized Starlink to provide fixed satellite internet nationwide beginning July 2026. The Ivorian government granted authorization to Starlink for the provision of fixed satellite internet access services throughout the national territory from July 2026, according to the Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Djibril Ouattara.
