Cadiz and Bureau of Reclamation Sign Funding Agreement for Mojave Groundwater Bank Review
Cadiz, Inc. will fund technical and regulatory work by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to evaluate the Mojave Groundwater Bank project. The agreement follows a September 2025 memorandum of understanding among Reclamation, Fenner Valley Water Authority, and Fenner Gap Mutual Water Company.

The agreement implements tasks outlined in a September 2025 memorandum of understanding signed by Reclamation, Fenner Valley Water Authority, and Fenner Gap Mutual Water Company. Initial tasks are scheduled to begin immediately and will focus on determining how to implement and account for the proposed water exchanges.
The Mojave Groundwater Bank project remains under technical and regulatory review.
