techjuice.pkCanva plans to launch a connected app for Google Gemini that lets users generate and edit Canva designs without leaving the Gemini platform. The integration will allow Gemini users to create designs and then refine them as layered, editable files inside Canva.
Users will also be able to turn AI-generated images, including those labeled “nano banana,” into structured designs ready for further editing and publishing.
The app will function as a bridge between the two services.
Gemini users can initiate design work in Gemini and continue the process in Canva with full access to Canva’s editing tools. No launch date or pricing details were included in the announcement.
