The Care Inspectorate has issued an improvement notice to Home Farm care home on the Isle of Skye, citing issues with leadership, staffing, and safety. "We understand this is a difficult and distressing time for residents, their families and staff at the service," a spokesperson for the Care Inspectorate said. " The Care Inspectorate said it is in contact with the service to follow up on the required improvements.
