The Cleveland Cavaliers advanced to the Eastern Conference finals with a 125-94 win over the Detroit Pistons in Game 7 on Sunday night at Little Caesars Arena. Donovan Mitchell scored 26 points, Jarrett Allen added 23, and Sam Merrill also finished with 23 for Cleveland. Evan Mobley contributed 21 points and 12 rebounds.
