Celine Boutier Wins ShopRite LPGA Classic by One Stroke

Celine Boutier won the ShopRite LPGA Classic by one shot, closing with a 5-under 66 to finish at 9-under 204. The 32-year-old French player shot a final-round 5-under 66 and finished at 9-under 204. Boutier made three birdies around the turn and took the lead for good on the 13th hole with a 30-foot birdie putt.

She missed a 4-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole but held on as no one caught her. Arpichaya Yubol finished second after shooting 66. Yubol was penalized one shot in the second round for exceeding the maximum time and finished four shots behind Nelly Korda in Mexico earlier this year.

Lauren Walsh shot 67 to finish third. Soo Bin Joo held a four-shot lead at the turn but made double bogey on the 13th and finished tied for fourth.

Joo tied for fourth. Four players tied for fourth place. Chizzy Iwai started the final round four shots behind the leader, made two birdies in three holes, and then made 15 straight pars. Boutier made two straight birdies on holes 8 and 9 to reach 7 under.

She hit her approach to 4 feet for birdie on the 10th hole. Joo made bogey on the par-4 eighth and birdie on the ninth but could not stay with Boutier after the turn. The ShopRite LPGA is a 54-hole event.

Boutier previously won the tournament five years ago and now has seven career LPGA titles and 12 worldwide titles. "To have a chance to win today is definitely something very special," Boutier said. " "It was my first time leading the tournament, and I think I did my best out there as much as I can and I prepared well and I'm very proud of myself," Joo said.

Boutier had struggled earlier in 2026, with a tie for ninth her best finish in ten tournaments before this week.
