Binance founder Changpeng Zhao said a revived Binance.US is one possible path for giving American crypto traders access to better prices. He spoke at Consensus Miami 2026 two years after his resignation as Binance CEO and one year after receiving a pardon from President Donald Trump. Zhao also positioned BNB Chain as the optimal payments rail for AI agents.
