She stated that skin changes with age, including fine lines, wrinkles, and dehydration, can affect how makeup applies. The foundation stick offers buildable coverage and a second-skin finish, according to Tilbury.
She said the formula was developed to deliver a lifting, smoothing, and blurring effect without clinging to fine lines.
