The Minnesota Vikings released their 2026 schedule video on May 14. Professional wrestler Chris Jericho appeared in the video after his wife and son, both Vikings fans, helped establish a relationship between the family and the team. Jericho, 55, said he initially expected only to record a voice-over. Upon arrival he learned he would perform a larger role and helped write the script.
In the video Jericho plays a waiter serving Vikings kicker Will Reichard a 17-course meal. Each course represents one of the opponents Minnesota will face in the upcoming season. Reichard orders every course to go after a call from teammate Justin Jefferson.
Jericho stated that the production involved more work than he anticipated. He said the finished video received positive reactions and surprise from viewers.
Jericho returned to AEW in April after a year away.
