College baseball transfer portal rankings list top 60 players

Rankings of the top 60 players in the 2026 college baseball transfer portal were published on June 25. The list includes only players who entered the portal or have committed elsewhere and excludes future first-round draft picks and 2026 draft-eligible players who did not commit to a school.

The college baseball transfer portal remains open through June 30. Players are evaluated on projected professional value, with tiers corresponding to expected draft rounds and signing bonuses.

LSU added five ranked players, including those listed fifth, eighth, 10th, 27th, and 60th. Mississippi State signed five players from the list. Texas A&M, Arizona State, North Carolina, and Georgia Tech also added multiple portal entrants. South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, TCU, and Oklahoma round out the programs with the highest total pro-prospect value added.

The rankings note that some players will improve over the next year and may rise above their current placement on the list.
