Colorado Adds 66 Players and Two New Coordinators After 3-9 Season

Second-year quarterback Julian Lewis, who started two games last season, returns as the primary signal-caller. Transfer wide receiver Danny Scudero, who led the nation in receiving yards last season, is expected to provide a consistent target.
