Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones reshared an Instagram Story post from his girlfriend on Wednesday that included photos of the couple and birthday messages. The post showed the pair smiling at the Kentucky Derby with the caption "Happy Birthday Daniel" and another slide reading "I love you" alongside a photo of them laughing and holding hands.
The girlfriend, a former volleyball player for Duke University, is the co-founder of Drink Triply, a spirit-based cocktails brand started with her two sisters. It is not stated when the relationship began. Jones played football for Duke University.
Jones signed a two-year, $88 million deal with the Colts in March. He is recovering from a season-ending Achilles tear suffered in December and is expected to be ready for the regular season. He appeared to move well while throwing at the team's practice in Indianapolis on Wednesday.
Jones joined the Colts in free agency last March after backing up another quarterback late in the 2024 season following his release by his previous team. He has recorded 17,683 career passing yards, 89 touchdowns and 55 interceptions.
