Contango ORE and Dolly Varden Silver Merge to Form Contango Silver & Gold Inc.
Contango ORE and Dolly Varden Silver have merged to create Contango Silver & Gold Inc., which listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange on April 13. The combined company holds more than US$100 million in cash and operates the Manh Choh mine. Executives stated the merger positions the firm as a North American silver and gold producer with growth potential.
