Court of Appeal Gives Fordingbridge Teens Four Years Detention After Earlier Judge Spared Them Jail

The Court of Appeal sentenced two boys convicted in the Fordingbridge rapes to four years' detention, @SkyNews reported. The ruling overturned an earlier judge's decision that had spared the boys jail. Parents of one victim told @cathynewman their daughter is relieved the perpetrators have been jailed.

They stated that the outcome will not redeem the damage that's been done. The parents appeared anonymously for legal reasons.
