Crinetics Pharmaceuticals announced that data from six abstracts will be presented at the Endocrine Society's Annual Meeting, ENDO 2026, scheduled for June 13-16, 2026, in Chicago. Three abstracts will report data on PALSONIFY (paltusotine) in acromegaly.

An oral presentation will feature long-term efficacy and pooled safety data from the PATHFNDR-1 and PATHFNDR-2 open-label extension studies covering up to two years of treatment.

Two poster presentations will address additional aspects of PALSONIFY use. One evaluates real-world biochemical control in acromegaly using U.S. claims and laboratory data. The second assesses long-term safety and efficacy of PALSONIFY in combination with cabergoline from the ACROBAT Advance trial.

Three abstracts will cover the atumelnant clinical development program. Oral presentations will include full Phase 2 data in congenital adrenal hyperplasia and interim results from a Phase 1b/2a study in ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome. A rapid-fire presentation will highlight dose selection data for the Phase 3 trial in congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

A company endocrinologist stated that the presentations will increase the depth of clinical evidence supporting the long-term safety and efficacy of PALSONIFY for acromegaly treatment and will characterize the potential of atumelnant for treating diseases of ACTH excess.
