The game took place at the EOC Evacuation Center in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. Davao Region used an early three-point barrage to build a lead it maintained throughout the contest.
The team made 12 three-pointers and held a double-digit advantage for most of the second half.
Bayanban scored a game-high 19 points, including five three-pointers. Rene Clert Baterbonia added 15 points for Davao Region. National Capital Region received 16 points from Sizco Roquid and 12 points from Eoin Braga. The team cut the deficit to six points late in the fourth quarter before Davao Region extended the margin again.
Calabarzon advanced to the final with an 83-76 victory over Central Luzon. Dairick Duterte led Calabarzon with 21 points. The championship game is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 30.
