Bryson DeChambeau finished one shot outside the playoff at LIV Golf Korea after shooting the joint-lowest round of the day on Sunday in Busan. He opened the tournament with a five-under-par round of 65 on Thursday but made four bogeys in the third round and could not recover enough ground. DeChambeau made five birdies in his first 11 holes of the final round before a bogey on the 12th hole.

One additional birdie left him one shot behind Talor Gooch and Joaquin Niemann, who won the individual title. “There were times where it felt amazing and times where it just leaked on me a little bit. I had my ‘A’ game on 11 and pushed it right on 12, and that’s one of those things I’ve been trying to fix all year.

More work to be done, but a little push on 18. I gave myself some chances, just wasn’t my day today,” DeChambeau said. The Crushers team still secured the team title, finishing three shots ahead of OKGC.

Charles Howell III and Travis Smyth each finished tied for eighth. Smyth replaced Paul Casey, who sat out with a wrist injury. Anirban Lahiri ended the event at two over par. “It shows how hard our guys worked not only this week but leading up into this week.

We’ve been grinding and we all wanted to play our best, and although we didn’t get it done individually, we got the team win, so proud of them,” DeChambeau said. com reported the results from the event held May 31, 2026.
