The Democratic Republic of Congo filed a case against Rwanda at the International Court of Justice this week, Al Jazeera reported. Kinshasa seeks an order requiring Rwanda to cease its activities in eastern DRC provinces along with reparations for victims and the government. For years the DRC has accused Rwanda of direct involvement in the war in its eastern provinces.
