Details Brian Cox is set to star as Don Framt, also known as the New York Ripper.
Dan Stevens will play the Five Boroughs Killer. Uma Thurman will reprise her role as Charley from the first season. Nona Parker Johnson will portray Fiona Mixon, described as a training officer in the Homicide unit and a nepo-baby in the police world.
