DJ Tom Zanetti Dedicates Donny Fest Set to Murdered Teenager Henry Nowak as Killer Jailed for Life

DJ Tom Zanetti dedicated his performance at Donny Fest '26 to Henry Nowak, the 18-year-old murdered in Southampton in December 2025. " Zanetti posted the clip on Instagram and wrote in the comments that he would continue to shout Nowak's name if other celebrities and athletes did not.

"I will shout it in front of thousands to give this young lad the love and respect he didn’t get in his final moments xxx," he wrote.

GB News regular Adam Brooks replied with an applause emoji. Vickrum Digwa, 23, received a life sentence with a minimum term of 21 years at Southampton Crown Court for the murder. Judge William Mousley KC said Digwa had brought "shame" on his family and religion while stoking racial tensions.

Digwa attacked Nowak with a 21cm blade as the Essex teenager walked home alone after an evening out with friends. Digwa claimed he carried the blade as part of his Sikh faith. Digwa's brother called emergency services and falsely claimed his sibling had been the victim of a racially motivated attack.

Bodycam footage released by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary showed officers speaking with Digwa while Nowak lay on the ground stating he had been stabbed and could not breathe. The footage showed police rolling Nowak onto his side, handcuffing him behind his back, and informing him of his arrest before he became unresponsive.

" Hampshire Constabulary referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct, which is investigating the force's actions.

Shadow home secretary Chris Philp told MPs that officers "appeared more concerned with the accusation of racism... " Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood warned against politicising the case and noted a "dangerous undercurrent" in public reaction that forced one wrongly identified officer to relocate for safety. The Prime Minister's official spokesman rejected the two-tier policing claim.
