Drew Carey Urges Voters to Reject Spencer Pratt in Los Angeles Mayoral Race
The host of The Price Is Right posted on Threads that residents should not support Spencer Pratt for mayor. Carey described Pratt as a serial scammer and called for voters to choose a competent candidate ahead of the June primary.
Fox NewsDrew Carey posted on Threads that anyone who votes for or endorses Spencer Pratt for mayor of Los Angeles needs to get their head out of their a--. The Price Is Right host added that voters should back someone competent rather than a serial scammer without a soul or moral compass.
" Representatives for both Carey and Pratt did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Pratt, 42, launched his mayoral campaign in January after losing his home in the 2025 Palisades wildfire. He has criticized city handling of the fires and filed a lawsuit with his wife Heidi Montag and other property owners against the city and the Department of Water and Power.
The lawsuit alleges the department made a conscious decision to operate the water supply system with the reservoir drained as a cost-saving measure. Pratt has urged residents to think bigger for Los Angeles and to clean the city together.
The Los Angeles mayoral election is nonpartisan.
If no candidate receives more than 50 percent in the June 2 primary, the top two finishers will advance to a November runoff. Pratt stated he is running as an individual rather than as a member of any political party.
