Constabulary said the driving on both occasions was deliberate and reckless. "The video of him crashing clearly shows that he lost control of the car, which is easily done when attempting to drive in such a dangerous manner," he added. The junction was busy with pedestrians and other motorists at the time. No one was seriously injured.
