Duchess of Edinburgh to Visit Geneva Two Days After Duchess of Sussex

Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, is scheduled to arrive in Geneva on May 19. The visit comes two days after Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is due to appear at Place des Nations for the inauguration of The Lost Screen Memorial. 5 feet tall and displaying the mobile phone lock screen of a child whose life was lost to online violence.

The installation was created by Archewell Philanthropies in partnership with The Parents' Network.

The exhibition highlights risks children face online, including cyberbullying, grooming, sextortion, and harmful content. It previously appeared in New York City last month and will remain on display in Geneva until May 22. Geneva Mayor Alfonso Gomez Cruz is expected to attend the inauguration along with health ministers and child safety advocates.

Amy Neville, founder of The Alexander Neville Foundation, is scheduled to speak at the event.

According to the Royal Diary, the Duchess of Edinburgh's trip information has been kept to a minimum. Meghan's appearance occurs on the eve of the 79th World Health Assembly, where delegates will discuss international health priorities.
