"For some years now I've been dealing with the difficulties that can come with my periods.
Fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow, sleepless nights on the bathroom floor. I thought this was just how it works for me," she wrote at the time. She added that the surgery helped significantly and stressed the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
Palvin said she was excited about a new chapter and ready to return to work following her recovery. She returned to the Victoria’s Secret runway after the health battle. The couple is currently in Cannes for the film festival where the pregnancy announcement was made public.
