MDA paramedics arrived at the scene in large numbers after a partial building collapse on Jerusalem's Keren Kayemet Boulevard, also known as KKL Street, on Monday. They noticed a number of frightened, injured people coming towards them and a man trapped among the rubble in critical condition, the paramedics said. United Hatzalah volunteers responded to the incident the same day.
