StatEli Lilly said Tuesday it will acquire three early- and mid-stage vaccine developers. The companies are Curevo, LimmaTech Biologics, and Vaccine Company. The deals could cost up to nearly $4 billion in total. Eli Lilly stated the purchases continue a series of acquisitions the company has made in recent months.
Lilly has bought firms focused on cancer, autoimmune diseases, and sleep disorders. Each of those transactions was valued under $10 billion.
