Fiji played with 14 men after Simione Kuruvoli was sent off for kicking Ellis Genge in first-half overtime, when the score stood at 35-3.
England added further tries in the second half despite multiple replacements. Benhard Janse van Rensburg scored a try 218 seconds after entering as a replacement for Henry Slade, three days after qualifying for England on residency grounds. Noah Caluori, aged 19, scored on his debut in the 65th minute.
Henry Pollock completed a hat-trick with his third try in the closing seconds. Fin Smith was named man of the match for directing an attack that produced several tries after England established scrum and maul dominance. Marcus Smith opened the scoring with assistance from a bounce off the corner flag.
Jamie George, Guy Pepper, Atkinson, Immanuel Feyi-Waboso and Henry Slade also scored, while Tevita Ikanivere recorded Fiji's only try early in the second half. England will conclude its July tour against Argentina at Santiago del Estero.
